3G-Travel Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The purchase of any travel services offered by 3G-Travel constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and 3G-Travel, and represents your acceptance of the 3G-Travel Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Prices:
Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy. All prices are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice. If the US Dollar devalues by 5% or more, 3G-Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, spa treatments, passport and visa fees, insurance, airport taxes and fees, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, 3G-Travel reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided 3G-Travel receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.
Itinerary Changes:
Circumstances sometimes arise which prevent us from operating a tour exactly as advertised. We would try to devise a satisfactory alternative, but if the change represents a significant loss to the tour we would offer compensation or give a full refund if you decide to cancel because the alternative is not acceptable.
Liability limitation:
We accept responsibility for most of the ingredients of a tour, though there may be a failure or improper performance of some services attributable to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, and for these we may not be liable. Our obligations and responsibilities are also limited where international conventions apply in respect of air, sea or rail carriers.
Tour Cancellation by 3G-Travel:
If 60 days before departure there are insufficient bookings for a tour to be viable, we may decide to cancel it. Should that occur, you will be offered an alternative tour dates or a full refund.
Tour Cancellation by You:
You will need to provide us with written notice should you need to cancel your participation in a tour. You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel 60 or more days in advance of the start of the tour (we will charge you a $200 cancelation processing fee). If you cancel 59 to 31 days before the tour start date, we will refund the tour cost minus the $1,000 deposit and $200 cancelation fee. No refund will be provided if you cancel 30 days or less before the start of the tour.
Insurance:
We strongly encourage you to obtain a travel insurance that covers things such as medical treatment, repatriation, loss of property and cancellation charges. 3G-Travel is not responsible for any costs that you may incur as a result of situations beyond our control (e.g. airline delays or cancelations, loss of luggage, sickness, adverse weather, etc).
Passports:
You are responsible for having a valid passport to travel. For most countries, the passport needs to be valid for six months beyond the date of the tour.
Sightseeing & Itinerary:
Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights and package components. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service(s). On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument's view. No tour will be canceled due to renovations, however, 3G-Travel will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. Our tour itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time; these suggestions do not constitute a recommendation nor an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration. 3G-Travel is not responsible for any activities not expressly included in its programs.
Hotel Accommodations:
All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category or a single-room. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Our tours use exclusively 4 or 5 star hotel properties.
Airline Name Changes:
Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $50 revision fee per change. 3G-Travel will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing and forwarded to the attention of our agents at booking@3g-travel.com.
Safety:
Please be aware that during your participation in tours organized by 3G-Travel, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in areas without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. 3G-Travel will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While 3G-Travel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in our tours you agree that you will hold 3G-Travel harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered.
Group Harmony:
To ensure the desired group synergy, 3G-Travel reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. All expenses to do so will be borne by the passenger. Travelers Who Need Special Assistance on Tours: You must report any disability or medical condition requiring special attention while on tour to 3G-Travel at the time the reservation is made. 3G-Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. 3G-Travel cannot provide individual assistance to a tour participant for walking, dining, getting on and off buses and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well being. All travelers with 3G-Travel are subject to the Group Harmony clause above.

Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or walking. 3G-Travel is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participant's inability to participate with the group. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including the touring buses, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Motorized scooters are not typically suitable on international tours.
